One
of Detroit's leading emcees is gearing to release his long awaited
debut album. Strike from the Mountain Climbaz clan is back to
attack with, The Freeworld (United Vision Entertainment).
The rapper was also featured in the Oscar winning film, 8 mile
as the bad guy, Lycety Split. During the film release, Strike
was serving time in prison for attempted murder, while his group
Mountain Climbaz invaded the Detroit rap scene heavy.
This new album features cameos by, Eminem, Method Man, Dina
Rae, Royce Da 5'9, D-12, Wesley Valentine, N' jheri Earth, Brando,
Miz Korona and the late David Ruffin's (The Temptations) son,
David Ruffin Jr contributes to the project. The London based
company, United Vision Entertainment united with Strike's indie
label, Madd Rushin Entertainment to make hip-hop history. Producers
includes; Eminem, Dirty Bird, DJ Butter, Kyzer Sosay, Kenny
Mac, and Trifeman to list.
