When you hear The Bronx, You automatically think "The Birth Of Hip-Hop". Names like, KRS-ONE, Big Bun, Slick Rick, and many more come to mind. In the begining, The Bronx was the place to be, The core of hip hop. Now most consider it as the forgotten boro in New York City. With artist such as Terror Squad and Drag-On still putting it down for the boogie down, not many people focus on The Bronx as they used to throughout the evolution of hip hop. AvE plans to change that, and bring things back to how they used to be.

Growing up in a hispanic home, AvE was introduced to many different genres of music at an early age. At about the age of 6, One style of music grabbed his attention and that was Hip Hop. During his early high school days, he had his fair share of freestyle battles and cyphers. After being pushed by friends and family to pursue his talent, he began recording with local emcee's and polishing up on every aspect of the music. Having been showcased at many events such as, 2003 Harlem Week, Justins (P.Diddy's NYC Restaurant), Headlining at Club Exit and even appearing on NYC's Raido Mixtape " Hot97 Vol 35", He is still on his quest to make it to the top and bring "The B.X" back to the frontline.

Currently, AvE is working on his first solo LP entitled Stand & Deliver and is set to be featured in the up and coming video came " Narc " by Midway Games.

Is there always suppose to be a story behind an artist? Is an artist only hot, if he has a story? I never got shot, I never been locked up, there's a lot of things I never did, but there is one thing that I have always been, and that's real.

I've always been who I was, because who I am is what makes me, me. A lot of MC's don't know who they are, but they do know who they are supposed to portray. I'm Emilio MoneyClips, a 20 year old MC from the Lower East Side of Manhattan. I get hated on, I get respected, but what do you expect when you're young and doing it. As long as the one’s who are doing it, give me my respect, I can't complain. It’s the one's not doing anything that be the ones who hate.

I feel like if you want something you have to go and get it because nothing is going to be handed to you. Nothing in life is guaranteed but death, so why waste time being broke. I can't stand somebody who makes up a million excuses as to why they can't get money. Being broke is a choice. You could choose to be broke, or you can choose to get money. Grown men shouldn't complain about being broke. I see little kids on the train everyday on their grind selling candy, dancing; doing whatever it takes to not be broke. This one kid came on the train and kept it real, he said "I'm not selling candy to raise money for a team or for school; I'm selling candy so that I can have some money in my pocket." I was amazed by this kid and gave I gave him some money. Why? Simply because he came onto the train and didn't do what everyone else was doing. He kept it real with not only the people on the train but most importantly himself.
